The service was very personable and good, and the staff were always happy to assist. The breakfast was fine but also a bit limiting, with not a lot of choice.

“Would never come back to this hotel”

I liked that it was clean overall. They made me pay twice for an extra charge for dirty bed sheets, and they also made me pay for breaking a water bottle that froze in the freezer; overall this hotel will try to scam you for anything possible so be careful.

The location was good, but the place was unclean, dated, and the breakfast setup was terrible—there wasn’t enough space, options were limited, and coffee quantities were scarce; those who arrived at 10 am barely got a piece of fruit. The rooms were dated, and checking in was a real struggle: I booked a 2‑bed apartment but was given a double and a single instead, and they suggested moving an extra bed into the lounge for my daughter, eliminating any shared family space. Very poor experience.
