Quality Inn Alice

While the hotel's location and convenience were major perks, the food was a letdown, failing to meet my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying a very comfortable room with a fantastic bed and ample towels and amenities - thank you for your warm hospitality. However, I don't have much else to add as everything was pretty much good.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which allowed me to be close to where I needed to be, and I found the environment to be quiet and comfortable. On the other hand, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, making everything good overall.

“Espantoso”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but it got off to a frustrating start when I had to wait for the receptionists to hand over their shift before they could give me my key. It was disheartening to see them chatting and taking their time, especially after a long journey. The room they initially gave me had a terrible musty smell and broken furniture, so I asked to be moved. The new room was slightly better, but still had a strong odor and the pool looked green from my window.

“It was not bad but not the best staff was great”

My experience was a mixed bag - I enjoyed the friendly staff and the good food, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool and had hoped for nicer rooms.
