“Muy bonito, limpio y comida rica.”

Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff were very friendly. They opened until 9 am, but when we told them the night before we needed to leave early and wanted breakfast at 7:30, they took the order that evening and everything was ready the next day. The mattresses are very hard. We had to wait an hour for the manager to arrive for official check‑in, but a lady was very attentive and handed us the key anyway, even though the manager didn’t arrive until later. There was no Wi‑Fi, but Telcel service is available in the area.

“La peor experiencia, no tiene condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad ni higiene”

The place lacks basic habitability and maintenance: the bathroom is ruined, the toilet barely works, the shower has no pressure, and hygiene is nonexistent, plus the bad odors. Because of this, we had to leave after the first night, losing two of the three nights we booked. It’s outrageous that Booking lists such a place without any audit. I’m requesting a refund for the nights we didn’t stay, backed by photographic evidence. Overall, it’s a terrible lodging option that somehow manages to advertise without meeting minimum standards.

It’s very close to the waterfall and the service is excellent. The facilities need maintenance; if they did, it would be great.

The staff are very attentive, the facilities are beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable.

The place is tranquil, perfect for resting. Some areas of the hotel have no cell signal or internet.
