They offered complimentary bikes, a refreshment stand at the entrance, and the room was cute and quirky. However, the female staff’s attitude was off; the guy who checked us in was sweet, but the others seemed very put out, only greeting us after we greeted them and were on their phones.

The location was great, the room was clean and the bed was really, really comfortable. The shower and complimentary toiletries were spot on. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would definitely stay again when we return to New York. We also loved how they support the local dog shelter—thumbs up from us! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

It was very pretty and smelled great; the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean, with towels that looked brand new. I’d give it 10/10 and would definitely come back. The only downside was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. A fridge was brought upon request and the staff were willing to take us to where the microwave was whenever we needed it, but it would have been much more convenient to have both available in the room from the start.
