The new owners, who took over around May 2026, are very attentive, warm, and courteous; everything feels freshly renovated, tastefully decorated, and you can instantly feel at ease. The location is ideal for day trips and hikes, and grocery stores are quickly reachable by car. The kitchen is superb—I've never had such a good scrambled eggs before. In the sauna area they offered tea and very cozy loungers. The property sits in a small village, so you get a fantastic starry sky at night and mountain views during the day. The only downside is that the rooms don't list the presence of a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge—something I only found out after arrival. The tepidarium was too warm, and the whirlpool water hopefully will be checked soon. Breakfast lacked fresh bread and pastries (they had reheated rolls), but the buns were good. Otherwise, it would be a 10‑point stay!
