The staff were very helpful and kind. The location is excellent. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. The room was comfortable and clean. The atmosphere is welcoming and family‑friendly.

The staff were friendly and open. Breakfast was good. We were assigned a room on the very bottom floor next to the reception. It was poorly insulated, so many animals were in the room, including cockroaches and a lot of ants. Even after reporting it to the staff, we were not given a new room, only insecticide. The pool was very dirty and did not match the pictures on the site. The bathroom was moldy and smelled strongly. The location was a total disappointment. The beach is 5 minutes away but is very dirty. The medina and restaurants are over 30 minutes on foot. So if you’re not just going to the train station, the villa is very inconveniently located. Overall the surroundings were run down and stinky.

The staff were great, except for one older gentleman who kept watching me all the time and made me feel a bit uneasy, but everything else was perfect 👌 I loved it all! Even though I asked for breakfast after the time, they didn’t bother me at all, thank you 😘

The place looks beautiful and offers good conditions, but since I only stayed one night I didn’t get to see the Villa fully. The staff were very helpful and kept my bags after checkout, letting us enjoy the city comfortably before the flight. Because breakfast ends at 10 am, guests arriving later must choose between eating or resting; they should extend the hours so guests can use the service more calmly.
