“3rd time at paradise and love it 🥰”
Location. Stafff. Food. Very poor quality television only 2 English channels 😔 only 8 channels to choose from and 3 were sport 😔
“Lo mismo pero más caro”
The location was a strong point, right in the center with easy beach access, a nice pool, and a mattress that felt better than at other spots. For what the hotel charges, especially in Sri Lanka, the service should be top‑class, but it clearly isn’t. When we entered the room, the fridge was disgusting (I have a video); you can travel to a country with lower cleanliness standards, but this is a different level of neglect that needs attention. We asked for a fridge replacement because we were already settled, and the staff delayed until we pushed several times—finally they complied. The overall staff quality was poor; the reception people were clueless, offered no helpful answers, and seemed stunned when we raised complaints. The restaurant staff didn’t warn us that drinks were charged at the end of dinner, so we were surprised to see a 500‑rupee bottle of water. Breakfast and dinner had very limited choices, and the dinners were extremely spicy; at least they had eggs, otherwise we wouldn’t have eaten that night. They only offered fresh milk, no coconut or oat milk or anything else. The room wasn’t well sealed; from the window, when the wind blew, the curtain moved and a lot of insects came in, so we had to buy insecticide. Overall, the hotel is very deficient.
“True Paradise”
The sea view was amazing. Nothing else to add.
We really liked staying at Paradise Beach Club because we could hop between the beach and the pool whenever we wanted. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help.
“Relax”
The spot is perfect, the pool is great, the staff are helpful, the room is huge, and the breakfast is delicious—all right on the beach.
