I stayed for work and the only thing that mattered was a bed to sleep in. The staff kept adding extra taxes to my bill, which was nasty. The room itself was disgusting – I found an old denture case with teeth in it.

I liked the hotel’s location, but they tried to charge me $6.95 for property tax, and all the fees were added through the booking portal. When I confronted the front‑desk woman about the tax, she was rude. The room wasn’t cleaned from the front entrance to the bathroom. I booked a double queen for two nights and they only gave us one facecloth each, one bath towel each, and a two‑towel set. The next day when I asked for more towels, they said none were available in the office.

“Please don’t go off of business provided pictures, they’re deceiving.”

There was mold, the staff were unhelpful, the place was poorly maintained, and it smelled bad.

Nothing was good about this place – it was nasty. The sheets were stained and the tub wasn’t clean.
