Initially we didn't know that we had to use a power outlet to turn on the hot water (we thought it was automatic, no need to switch it on and off), because the staff didn't explain how to use the hot water. We forgot to ask, and only after we were about to leave did we realize that there was a power outlet used to turn the shower hot water on and off. The tap in the toilet was apparently broken, or we couldn't use it.

The staff were friendly and the location was close to the main commercial street. However, the room didn't include toilet paper, was dirty with accumulated dust, and had hair in the sink drain and on the bed.

The place was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly. After leaving the accommodation, the governor’s office was right outside, and walking to Malioboro took 10 minutes.
