Nothing at all. I didn’t even stay the night. The smell of chemicals and dampness hit your nose, the walls had mold, and the sheets were wet. I asked for a refund, but the hotel never bothered to reply and still kept my payment. I’m not one to leave reviews or be dramatic, but I strongly advise against staying here.

My stay at this hotel was an unmitigated disaster. Upon arrival, I was met with a series of frustrating issues that made me question the hotel's competence. Despite showing the confirmation email for my reservation, the reception staff insisted that it didn't exist, and they even showed me a list where my name wasn't mentioned. The language barrier was a significant problem, as the staff didn't speak or understand English, making it difficult for me to prove that I had a reservation.

I stayed at this hotel, which was conveniently located near the immigration office, but unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. The room was clean, which was a plus, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, the room itself had a prison-like atmosphere with white tiles and neon lighting, and it lacked a window. The location was also quite far from any attractions, making it difficult to explore Denpasar.

I was initially pleased with the hotel's proximity to the immigration office, making it a convenient choice for my travel needs. However, my experience was marred by some unpleasant aspects. The overpowering smell of disinfectant in the rooms was overwhelming, and I found the use of insect-repelling tablets in the shower and closet to be quite off-putting. Additionally, the showerhead and faucet were clogged with mineral deposits, and the room itself felt like a prison cell.
