“Decepção”
The location is fine, but the rooms are extremely small, the bathroom lacks ventilation, the mattress is terribly uncomfortable, they put a good pillow‑top and thought that was the mattress, the air‑conditioner didn’t work in cool mode and they said it’s a seasonal rule at Ibis – in fall and winter the cold mode doesn’t work. I think no Ibis employee has visited this hotel; it’s a horror show, awful, my family and I are exhausted from staying there. I don’t recommend it.
