I didn’t receive any information about key pickup during the last few hours, and the phone number for the contact person was switched off all morning; the TV in the room was also not working.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay at this place, it was the right size for a solo traveler and had everything needed for a relaxed visit, especially the lovely lake view from the window that made the experience peaceful. The area around the lake offers nice walking paths and plenty of nature to enjoy, making it a solid choice for those seeking a quiet spot. However, the location is a real downside because the nearby prison gives the area a gloomy vibe and feels a bit uncomfortable; plus, there are no shops or basic amenities within easy walking distance, with the nearest store being about a 15‑minute walk away, which can be inconvenient for short stays or when you need to grab essentials.

“The best 3nights :)”

We really liked this place – it was cozy, clean, and tidy, and the kids loved the upstairs room. I highly recommend it; the owners were very friendly and even left goodies for the kids and us. The property is in a great spot: town, shops, beach, and the train station are all within walking distance. It was an amazing stay and we were very happy to be there; if you’re planning a short or long stay in Littlehampton, this is the place to go.
