The stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious with a direct view of the sea, and the staff were very courteous. I was impressed by the internal communication; it’s not common for so many guests to run smoothly. The other guests behaved poorly at times; after receiving their wristbands, they treated the staff like slaves, which occasionally affected service even though the staff did their best. I think the somewhat negative comments reflect the guests’ own behavior.

A large place with plenty of pools and a beach, so there’s no need to leave the hotel grounds. Everything’s included, which is very convenient for small children. However, there were just a few playground facilities for kids. The pool water was cold even in September, so the swim was very brief. Evening activities for adults were short, simple, and dull (mostly bingo); a dance party could have been an option.

When booking through Bookingin, I could eat at the ala carte restaurants every day, and they were fantastic. We got a room close to the beach. The main restaurant was very busy and loud, so we often ate at the beach restaurant, which was great. The room let in a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, and the evening programme was the same each day.

Kiva huone merinäköalalla, paljon uima-altaita ja ravintoloita, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hieno aqua park. Lapsille paljon tekemistä. Meressä oli myös mukava uida. Liian äänekäs musiikki uima-altaalla ja illalla, olisin toivonut rauhallisempaa ympäristöä. Buffet-ravintoloiden ruoka oli samanlaista joka päivä. Erikoiravintoloiden tarjonta oli parempi, kävimme italialaisessa ja kreikkalaisessa ravintolassa. Vesisateella vettä tuli ovista ja kattojen läpi ja vettä virtasi jalkakäytävillä. Viemäröinti ei ole ollenkaan riittävä
