The price was low and the location was good, but I should have read the reviews. Early check‑in is impossible – the receptionist acted like she had never heard of it – and they charged me GBP 8 to keep my bags for six hours in a basement room that had no security. When I finally got the room it was super run down: no soap, no hair dryer, no heat, paper‑thin walls, and NO WIFI. Totally miserable.

The location is very central. The place was dirty, with dust in the wardrobes, and there were no amenities even for a shower. They charge you to store your luggage before check‑in or after check‑out, forcing you to either bring it with you or pay.

The staff were nice. The showers, toilets, rooms and overall cleanliness of the entire place are absolutely disgusting.

The only good thing about this “hotel” is its location. I was offered a family suite in the basement, which smelled moldy and was overall dirty except for the toilet bowl. The furniture was falling apart, as was the sink cabinet. The staff was mostly bad, especially the receptionist. Skip it and pay more for something better.

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel Hell. Take it off your platform. I will never use it again. They lied to me. I sent proof. I spent 725 dollars and you compensated me with 27 dollars. What a joke. Every hotel has TV and Wi‑Fi; this one doesn’t. I sent pictures multiple times and they said no, sent from the email you gave me to send photos. You basically ripped me off. This hotel should not be on your site. It’s a shithole.
