The location was convenient for reaching the airport and returning our rental car. Breakfast was impressive, offering around 5 items in a buffet style. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room carried a stale, gross odor that made it feel unclean.

I loved the service and attention. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It could be improved by providing a complimentary water bottle in the room so guests don’t have to go downstairs at night.

Excellent airport hotel, would have been a 10 if it wasn't for the shuttle service. Had to wait around an hour for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel despite calling the front desk of the hotel on 3 occasions

We believe someone stole money from our room. We asked for help at reception, but they couldn’t assist us because the manager was not present.

The hotel is close to Sky Harbor airport and offers easy access from the freeway. Nothing else comes to mind.
