The hotel’s proximity to Shin‑Osaka Station made getting around a breeze, especially for trips to the Nakanoshima Museum and other sightseeing; however, the bathroom sink was tiny and hard to use for washing the face, the faucet was overly long reaching the middle of the basin, and the indoor slippers would be far too hot in summer.

Breakfast was good, but because I paid through BOOKING, they didn’t issue a receipt, so I couldn’t bill my company.

Check‑in and check‑out were easy. I didn’t know how to do it at first, but the staff patiently explained everything.

The hotel was conveniently close to the station and a convenience store was nearby, but after three nights I was bitten by bedbugs on the first day, leaving me itchy in three different spots and one bite still wouldn’t heal after I got home. I slept on the window‑side of the two‑bedroom setup, and I kept noticing the linen‑setter leaving all sorts of items directly on the floor both before and after the change, which felt pretty off. I’d stayed at an APA Hotel in Chiba before and didn’t like it enough to finish the night, and after this experience I’m pretty sure I won’t pick any property from this chain again.
