I couldn’t get inside because everything was under renovation and there was no capacity to host anyone; I had to scramble to find another place to stay and felt scammed.

“The property is not working, it is a total Scam.”

It was a scam. We physically arrived at Pousada Reis Guarujá on September 5, at the scheduled check-in time. The property was closed and we were unable to check in. We were told that the property is undergoing renovations. We were NOT informed about this before arrival. It was a scam. “Péssima! Pousada em reforma total sem condições de hospedagem. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.”

We didn’t complete check‑in because the lodge was in total renovation and unfit for guests; the owner scammed us and Booking offered no support, so we want our money back.

“Não tenho como falará nada nem”

Não me hospedei porque não tinha está pousada no dia que cheguei se encontrava fechada e sem ninguém atender passei impere guerra fiquei até o falar com alguém do booking e não obteve retorno fiquei e é minha esposa até dia 07/09 numa praça pois tentei falará com o booking que fez a reserva e nada vou processa por danos morais e propaganda enganosa no aguardo de um retorno por parte da booking. Nada nem me hospedei tem entrada e saída minha aí nesta pousada tem chupem ou alguma coisa que me hospedei

“O RAPAZ QUE NOS RECEBEU,MUITO SIMPATICO,MAS O DONO MUITO CONTROLADOR”

We never ate at the inn, which worked out fine since we dined elsewhere. The owner, though, was pretty controlling and not very pleasant to deal with. Overall, the place was okay but the management left something to be desired.
