I had an amazing stay in Rome and would strongly recommend this place. Cristiano was very welcoming from the start to the end, always reachable and ready to help when needed, which I truly appreciated. The room was pleasant, clean, and well maintained, fully equipped with a fridge, cutlery, a smart TV offering Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and other services, plus everything required for ironing clothes. Air‑conditioning was another big plus. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a large shower and a hairdryer. Entry to the residence was secure. The location was very convenient: a bus stop right in front of the building, the metro about 10 minutes on foot, and the train station also within a ten‑minute walk, making it easy to explore Rome. Everything came together for a great stay. Thanks again to Cristiano for his hospitality; I’ll definitely return for another visit to Rome! 🇮🇹 The only minor drawback was the room’s sound insulation, which let in some outside noise, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay.

Het is een mooie en ruime kamer met een ruim balkon. Het bed lag lekker en de douche was erg fijn. De TV werkte, dus we konden in de avond lekker netflixen. De locatie is top. Je zit dichtbij de metro Piramide en treinstation Ostiense. Ook is het een erg fijne en veilige buurt en is het appartement heel veilig afgesloten met een hek en 3 andere deuren en is er door de weeks een receptionist aanwezig in het gebouw. En de eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De douche deed het de eerste dag niet goed en dit heeft hij meteen gefikst en ons vervolgens getrakteerd op een drankje in zijn bar in Trastevere voor het ongemak. Het enige jammere is dat er geen supermarkt om de hoek is. Hiervoor moet je even een stukje lopen

A great, convenient spot near the Piramide metro and the concerts at the Circus Maximus, in a quiet area. The room was spacious and clean. The acoustics weren’t the best; there’s a large gap under the door and also between the room and the bathroom that could use improvement. Few cafés nearby for breakfast.
