Everything was spotless.

“Facilities was not up to your typical standards. Walls patched but paint did not match. Bathroom tub drain was tarnish”

The location was super convenient, yet the proximity to the railroad tracks was a bit annoying.

“La estancia está bien”

The service was excellent, but the beds aren’t fixed every day.

I was disappointed when my room wasn’t cleaned on Sunday; the front desk blamed a staff shortage and only offered IHG points as compensation, which felt inadequate, though otherwise the hotel and its staff were pleasant.
