“Scammers! Book only through booking!”
I arrived on September 24 and was told the room cost 12 OMR per night, even though the sign clearly said 9 OMR with all fees included. I pointed this out to the staff member, but he insisted on charging me 12 OMR, so I ended up paying an extra 3 OMR each night. On the last night, after confronting him again, he finally agreed to charge me 9 OMR for one night. The room itself was in bad shape: the shower was dirty, the drain was blocked, and water overflowed. I’ve attached photos. I only booked one more night so I could leave this review, because my original booking was made directly and didn’t allow a review. I won’t stay here again. The receptionist seemed dishonest and was trying to overcharge me. Even though the price with all fees was shown, he insisted on extra charges and billed me more than the displayed price. I felt cornered and decided not to argue further at the time, but I confronted him about it later.
The place was dirty and there were cockroaches.

The location is excellent.
The staff are the best ever, the service was great, and everything was exceptional, but the TV screens are really too small and I think they should be smart TVs.
