Everything was perfectly clean, like brand new, and very comfortable. I would have given it 10, but the hostess forgot to pay the internet bill and the Wi‑Fi was unavailable. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay a few nights and I definitely recommend it.

A cozy, spacious room that was clean and bright. The courtyard was lovely, full of greenery and a gazebo.

The stay was peaceful and beautiful, with a gorgeous garden. The host was very friendly, there were plenty of storage spaces, and the breakfast was extraordinary—fresh, plentiful, and lovingly prepared.

Everything matched the photos: a comfortable room, a comfortable bed, and a tidy space. It would have been great to compliment the landlord in person, but we don’t speak Georgian. She was, by the way, super nice!
