We’re back for a second visit to the Essaouira room, and it’s just as spotless and visually pleasing as the photos promised. What really sets it apart from other riads in Marrakech is the staff’s genuine kindness and attentiveness. Throughout the week I had countless pleasant interactions, especially with Samira who runs breakfast and so much more; she always greets you with a warm smile and friendly words. The night‑shift gentleman (name slipped my mind) is also very courteous and helpful. I felt more welcomed here than anywhere else in Marrakech and would gladly return as soon as I’m back in town.
