“Świetne miejsce na wesele i nie tylko”

We stayed at Stara Garbarnia for two nights during a wedding we attended. Both the wedding and the hotel stay were successful, and we strongly recommend the place. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, breakfasts were tasty, and the local beer in the hotel bar was excellent. Despite being far from Wrocław’s center, the hotel has great public transport links—tram stops nearby allow direct access to the city’s main attractions in about 30–40 minutes.

“Estancia agradable.”

The hotel itself looked nice and is located outside Wroclaw. The rooms were a bit basic, yet comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very varied. They had an ironing board and iron in one of the hallways, which was very useful for us. On the day after the wedding, the dining room stayed open longer so we could have breakfast later, which we really appreciated. There is a parking lot on the property. At check‑in, the receptionist didn’t bother to greet us and kept saying he didn’t understand us; in the end he just handed us the room keys without explaining the breakfast times or anything about the hotel. This was the first time that’s happened to us. We were a married couple and were assigned a room with two small beds.

Check‑in was super fast, no forms to fill. Friendly and straightforward reception staff. Very clean, convenient parking, elevator. The hallway carpet had a cool Scottish‑grid pattern.

Everything was fine. The hotel décor was perfect.

“Ogólnie polecam.”

The showerhead was too small or missing a rain shower. Paint and wall paper had cracks. The shower was a bit worn out.
