We were blown away by Conrad Xiamen – the location and views were top‑class, and the service was consistently meticulous. Check‑in went smoothly, the room was spotless, and the little extras – a cake, quality toiletries, mouth rinse, dental kit, and bath products – felt truly personal. Breakfast had good coffee, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. The spa was a treat; we even booked a second session, and the therapists were professional and skillful, delivering a consistently relaxing experience. Dinner at 鹭城轩 (Lucheng) was a highlight; although pricey, the food, presentation, and attentive service made it worth every cent. Conrad Xiamen nailed the details, making our stay genuinely worth the money – we’d happily come back.

The entire staff is exceptionally accommodating and consistently attentive. Immaculate Cleanliness: A special shout-out to the very attentive housekeeping staff, who kept our room in pristine condition every single day with absolute care and warmth. Outstanding Dining Experience: The food is of top-tier quality. We were thrilled every day by the fantastic international dishes and the live cooking stations. Fantastic Swimming Pool: The pool area is a true highlight—wonderfully maintained, crystal clear, and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Breakfast was excellent because the chef Eric catered for our Halal meal. He prepared breakfast as per our Muslim rules. View from the breakfast lounge was fantastic. Nothing to complain. The experience was great including the reception staff
