The staff were super, very friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast service and bike rental. The location is beautiful and only a few minutes from the sea. The playground and play barn also impressed us. We had a lodge that was pretty nice, but it felt cramped for 2 adults and 1 child. Booking listed 100 m², but that only works if the garden is included. The bathroom is especially tiny; the shower was colder than warm and we struggled with the boiler, plus there was some mildew. The tent in the garden is cool, but the slats are about to break. The TV had no receiver, cable or other equipment, and external devices couldn’t be connected—making it unusable. The terrace is nice if it were maintained; it’s very dirty, and the grill couldn’t be used because it had never been cleaned.

The lodge had a lovely beach vibe, everything was set up nicely and the garden added shade spots. The welcome was friendly and the surroundings were beautiful, so we’d love to return. It was scorching hot that week, so the lodge felt too warm to sleep in, but staying in the tent in the garden was perfect.

The view was great. Nothing else to note.
