We stayed 4 nights at this address. Everything was perfect: the owner’s welcome, his help with various requests, his responsiveness, the calm of the room, its cleanliness, its comfort, and its proximity to the metro.

“Host was excellent, property was clean and easily accessible yet safe and I would stay here again”

The breakfast had good pastry choices and the host supplied plenty of cold sodas and water! The room was VERY clean and the host was very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. There weren’t many restaurant options in the block, but the host didn’t advertise that there would be, so I didn’t have high expectations there.

“Stay in Naples”

The tiny 3‑room mini‑hotel was wonderful and quiet. It was super clean, and having a private bathroom in the room made a big difference. The shared kitchen in the hallway was very convenient, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. The beds were a special mention – the memory‑foam mattresses on all beds were incredibly comfortable, so we slept like babies all night. Snacks and coffee ☕ were available. The overall concept of this 3‑room property is fine, but we had a major issue with the bathroom hygiene. Instead of a proper P‑trap (siphon) under the sink, there was just a cheap flexible drain hose installed, so bad sewer odors leaked directly into the room. Highly recommend installing proper plumbing.

“Perfect for a night in Naples with an early next-day flight!”

It was perfect for a night in Naples before an early flight the next day. It’s close to the train for getting anywhere you need to go, and the beds were super cozy; the place was clean! I think if you were staying longer, you’d probably want a more touristic location, but other than that, this place is great.
