The facility was no longer operating when we arrived!!! I had to improvise and arrange my own accommodation independently.

Close to the electric and bus stops for trips to the center. The room itself was clean enough. The check‑in process is quite complicated at first; read the instructions before you go to avoid wasting time. The common areas weren’t the cleanest, the sound insulation was poor, toilet paper wasn’t restocked, and on the last day a cock appeared in the WC.

The place was full of cockroaches.

The place was spotless, but the check‑in was a complete nightmare and a total waste of time. It was unnecessarily complicated and required a video call before we could get to our room. We barely received any toilet paper for the five of us staying three nights, and there was no bidet as an alternative. The hotel isn’t even close to historic Rome.

The hotel was close to the central stations, which made moving around a lot easier. We got quick responses to a few issues we ran into, and they were resolved right away. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were very good. I would recommend it.
