The staff were friendly, but the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well. I also didn’t like that the shower had a curtain and that the floorboards needed repair.

We appreciated the roomy bedroom, the food, and the pool, and it was convenient to walk straight into the restaurant for tea and breakfast without waiting. The view from the window was disappointing, but that’s unavoidable, and the nighttime noise from the wedding was a minor annoyance because people were just having a good time.

The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming, yet there were no lights at the entrance or in the parking lot, making it hard to find a spot and walk to the hotel with a phone torch. The bathroom lacked toiletries, the TV had no working channels, and it wouldn’t mirror my phone.
