Convenient location to SUNY Cortland. The price was high.

The location was good, but the staff seemed clueless and unprofessional.
“Good but not great.”
The rooms are big and roomy, and the hotel layout is easy to get around. Breakfast was well stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did wish the towels had been refreshed and the garbage emptied between our first and second nights. The pool was so cold that even our 7‑year‑old couldn’t enjoy it, and the mini‑fridge didn’t seem fully functional. At $275, taxes included, per night, the price felt steep for a weeknight in Cortland.

The spot is right next to the college, which is a huge plus. The blanket on the pull‑out sofa in the closet was disgusting—full of hair and it didn’t look like it had been washed in a while.
