The apartment was superbly decorated, spacious, and very well equipped. The open‑air terrace was pure bliss with its view of the valley of the temples. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect.

The decor was beautiful, the shower lovely, and it gave me the best night’s sleep in a quiet area with air conditioning. Parking by the Duomo on the street was tricky and not guaranteed, but the property itself was flawless.

We had a fantastic stay at La Perla della Cattedrale in Agrigento and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Our host went above and beyond from the very beginning. When we arrived, there was an Easter celebration taking place and many of the streets were closed. She met us in front of the apartment, explained exactly what to say to the police at the roadblock so we could get through, and made the whole process completely stress‑free. Her husband then personally drove with me to their parking spot, which was an enormous help. Navigating and finding parking in these hill towns can be very challenging, so this level of assistance really made a difference. The apartment itself was wonderful, and the balcony overlooking the city was absolutely spectacular—easily one of the highlights of our stay. She also gave us a great recommendation to visit the Scala dei Turchi, which ended up being a perfect addition to our trip to the Valley of the Temples and a must see when you visit Agrigento. Overall, an amazing experience with truly thoughtful and attentive hosts. We would definitely stay here again.
