The location was perfect for gorilla trekking, and they kindly gave us an early breakfast on the trek day. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were tasty, and the car could safely park inside the gate. Nothing else to note; it fit our budget nicely.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the facilities looked great. Breakfast was tasty, the cleaning was good, and overall I’d recommend it. However, three loud people in the room next to mine kept bothering me, so I couldn’t sleep. I woke up at 4 am and again several times later. I told the management, they called them out, but nothing changed. I mentioned it again, and when they tried to address it the next time, they wouldn’t open the door. Worse, they shouted, played the electric organ right in front of my window… it was fatal.

The room was clean and breakfast was very good, but the water was unreliable. I couldn’t shower because the water kept going out all the time.

The staff were super friendly. We got an extra early breakfast because we had to leave at 6:30. The place was very clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint is that the water went out twice, but it was taken care of right away.
