“Ça n’existe pas”

⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely avoid this place. We booked and paid in good faith, only to find that the accommodation did not exist at the listed address when we arrived in London. We were left on the spot with our luggage and no place to stay. We had to scramble to find and book another hotel at the last minute, costing us about €700 more. Besides the financial loss, we lost a lot of time and endured significant stress, especially since we were there to enjoy our trip. It’s alarming that a property can be advertised and then be non‑existent upon arrival. Thankfully we found a last‑minute solution, but imagine the ordeal for a family with kids, the elderly, or someone who couldn’t afford an extra few hundred euros. I strongly advise against booking here. Verify everything before you commit. We will never do it again.

“0/10”

I booked this place before my London event, but they didn’t respond until two weeks before, then told me the hotel was closed and I had to make other arrangements, with no refund offered – don’t go.

“ABSOLUTELY INHOSPITABLE”

After paying, I was told the payment was non‑refundable and the management never responded. I received no welcome packet, no accessibility guide, and I was never told my room number or how to enter it. The front door was unlocked and couldn’t be locked from inside, letting anyone in. I heard someone crying loudly in a room, which felt like ongoing emotional abuse, but I didn’t intervene. I tried to reach the property through the listed numbers and my messages were ignored; the owner didn’t answer or return calls. If you value your money, stay far away from this place.

“No stay the place was locked..”

When I arrived, the property was closed and my money had already been taken weeks earlier, with no notice. I had to get a refund from my bank, thanks for the stress. The building looked awful, run‑down and dirty; reading other reviews was shocking. The worst part was staying in the E14 rooms.
