The location was great and close to restaurants, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and our room by the main road was noisy early in the morning.

The room was roomy enough for two suitcases, the bathroom was well laid out with small soap and shampoo containers instead of pumps, a handy hairdryer was within reach, and the lounge area had a table and desk; they also provided biscuits, tea, and coffee, plus a card for the club across the road. The bed was comfortable and the reading lights were good, though there were no cooking facilities or plates, which wasn’t a big deal.

The hotel’s proximity to the CBD and the Services Club was a highlight, and I had no other comments.

Location - close to work. Fridge wasn’t working in my room. And I had another incident where I got my booking mixed up and I have asked to speak to the manager on several different occasions and I still have not received a response. Customer service in terms of follow up was poor
