The room was quiet, and the breakfast prepared by the host was excellent; we were also warmly welcomed by the host. The bathroom was a bit small.

Not many rooms or guests, so it stays quiet. The property itself is nice and the host is calm but handles breakfast well. The bathroom feels a bit cramped, and the listed address differs from the one on the website, so Booking should update it.
