The place is well situated and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms were a good size. The gym was nice, though there’s no pool or sauna, and the foyer is lovely. Otherwise it felt underwhelming for a five‑star hotel. The room was clean overall, but for a five‑star property the housekeeping didn’t meet my expectations: the counter around the bathtub wasn’t wiped, we asked for the bed to be made and no one came, so we had to call the front desk; even then only the towels were replaced and the covers were just pulled up instead of the bed being properly made. These may seem like small details, but at this price I expected a higher level of attention.
