The location was convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, and it was on the way to Florence. The bathroom was nice. The room had split beds, felt cramped, and street noise was an issue; I would have preferred an open window over the air‑conditioning, but it was manageable for a single night. A glass in the room would have been appreciated. The breakfast was fairly simple compared to other accommodations with the same overall rating.

The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, taking great care of us even though he didn’t speak English; he worked hard to understand our needs and deliver them. He was very friendly. The church bells rang during the day—beautiful! Breakfast was typical Italian and tasty, and there were plenty of nearby dining options. Nothing to add.

The welcome, cleanliness, and the availability of a sink and a towel‑drying line were all great. I really enjoyed the communal breakfast, though it wasn’t very comfortable for moving around the table.
