For me, this is the best hotel in San Andrés. The service is excellent; I loved how Brigette was attentive from the moment we landed until we reached the hotel, and she was very friendly whenever we asked something, unlike other hotels. The place is very clean, the pillows were truly clean and smelled good. It's very quiet, even though it's half a block from the beach, there’s no noise. The facilities match the photos exactly. It’s next to Juan Valdez and El Corral. Honestly, everything I liked.

My experience at this hotel was unsatisfactory. First, I had a serious issue when paying for the reservation. Initially, I was told the transaction had failed, so the card was tried again, resulting in a double charge. I immediately informed hotel staff and requested a reversal of one of the charges, but I received no effective response or interest in fixing the problem. I had to go straight to my bank and file a commercial dispute, a process that can take up to 90 days. If the hotel had handled the reversal promptly, the money would have returned to my account in a few days. Additionally, the towel service is inadequate for the number of guests. The towels we were given were quite worn, and we were told they were changed every three days. When it was time for a change, they could only provide three towels for eight people, claiming they had no more clean towels available. We also had a negative experience with the pool. We stayed with three children, and after using it, they developed irritation and burning skin, apparently due to the chlorine level. I think proper monitoring of the pool’s chlorine levels and treatment is essential to ensure guest safety and comfort. The only positive I can mention is the hotel’s convenient location. However, the hotel needs to significantly improve customer service, payment handling, towel availability and quality, and pool maintenance.

La ubicación es muy buena. Es la segunda vez que me pasa en Booking que uno ve unas fotos del lugar cuando era nuevo y uno llega y se encuentra con el mismo sitio pero deteriorado
