“Wouldn’t stay there again”

The shower pressure was solid, yet the complex felt brand new and the room carried a horrible odor—mould or worse—so we switched on the air‑conditioner and humidifier immediately. We booked two rooms and both were identical, which felt off, especially during a rainy season; overall it was an unpleasant stay.

“I was very unstable, mentally and physically”

The staff were friendly, the hotel sits right next to a 7‑11 and the door opening onto it was a nice touch, they served tasty frozen meals, I appreciated the provided pyjamas, towels were replaced and garbage exchanged daily without me having to leave anything outside, and the room had a microwave and fridge. However, the room shook noticeably when heavy cars passed on the nearby road and even during a small earthquake; crossing the road with a suitcase to reach the hotel was difficult, and it was harder to get where I wanted to go than I had expected.

“Sehr gut”

Good value for money, a free Bento Box per guest, clean rooms and complimentary parking were all pluses, while the pillow was too firm, rain made the room very noisy and the ventilation was loud.
