The setting was surrounded by greenery, a truly remarkable location. The only downside was that I couldn’t sleep past midnight because of loud music that kept playing until I personally approached the managers. The staff blamed the room‑management team, but in the end we were blamed for the high‑volume music that rattled the wardrobe doors, and they accused us of not asking about the facilities because we had a 92‑year‑old Alzheimer patient. It was a complete lack of professionalism. I’ll never return. PS: a piece of the bathroom door was detached, as noted in a chat message.
