They confirmed the room, but the hotel denied us the room and gave it to someone else after we had a booking confirmation. They acted as if we hadn’t received a confirmation, so we never stayed at the property and had to wander for three hours to find accommodation.

The staff were pretty amazing—very kind, understanding, and always going above and beyond. Bhargav helped us a lot.
