This place offers great value for the price. Everyone on the staff is wonderful and friendly, going out of their way to help. I arrived in the morning and was grateful for the early check‑in, which let me rest a bit. The monkeys in the garden are adorable. Thank you for everything; I hope to return. The bathrooms, however, could use a renovation or refurbishment since the facility has been around for a long time.

We spent five days here and enjoyed every moment. The room was comfy with good A/C. Back when I lived in Kenya, I used to stay at Jadini Beach Hotel, so it was a pleasant surprise to find this place only about 300 metres down the beach—though it’s a bit rundown now, it still felt nostalgic. Diani Beach itself is gorgeous, and the hotel sits right on the shore. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and fun, especially Betty, Mary, and Samin. The guy who organized the sun beds by the pool and beach (Bakeri?) was incredibly helpful (thanks). The staff really stood out. We also hit the gym; it wasn’t the most inviting at first, but we pushed ourselves to come back after the first visit. Thanks for a wonderful time 😍. The only downside was that the bed sheets felt quite scratchy.

The location was the main highlight—directly on the sea—and the staff were kind, always attentive. You could leave anything on the lounge chair; the guards are very careful and don’t let anyone leave the beach in the solarium area. Kudos to Mr. Joanes from customer service for resolving a breakfast misunderstanding. The resort had great potential and before COVID it was supposed to be one of the best in the area, but the rooms, although cozy, lack a minibar, and there were many bathroom issues. It needs a full renovation and modernization. Especially at breakfast, the presence of flies everywhere was unpleasant.

The stay at Safari Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The beach is simply great, with that paradise‑like scenery that instantly relaxes you. What truly makes this place special is the friendliness and dedication of the entire team, always ready with a smile to help. The atmosphere is super pleasant, welcoming, and perfect for recharging. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and good vibes in Diani Beach!
