The staff were great and felt like home, which earned them 200 points, but I couldn't get inside the quilt because of bugs, the room was dingy, and the AC worked fine.

I was right next to White Town, the hotspot of Pondy, and the staff behaved really well, but the floors were dusty, the heritage‑styled cot was noisy even when I switched sides, the bathroom bucket and everything else weren't clean, there was no mirror in the room, and I had to go to the bathroom just to comb my hair.

The location is nice, Aravind is very helpful and kind, the rooms are clean, and whenever we needed anything he was always available, guiding us on food and travel, and even after checkout he helped us with travel arrangements.
