The deluxe single room offered a good, restful environment and met my expectations for space and comfort. Hotel amenities and the staff at the restaurant were functional and up to standard for a comfortable stay. However, predatory currency practices ruined the value; bookings shouldn't be subjected to arbitrary exchange rates manually keyed into the terminal. Set the card machine to accept USD directly instead of going to Google—that’s the bank’s job!

The staff here are absolute pros - from the moment I booked to the friendly faces at reception, they were all super helpful and put me at ease. The airport pickup was lightning-fast, and communication was top-notch. The only downside was the noise from the construction on one side, but I get that it's a work in progress. Minor issues were sorted out with a smile.

“Fabulous stay”

The staff at this hotel really saved the day for me. I was running late for a meeting and they helped me get a room sorted out in no time. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it didn't seem to bother me too much.

“A great new place with a lot of potential once the second phase is completed”

I was a bit surprised to see a brand-new hotel still under construction, but the staff did a great job of making sure guests were comfortable. We did have a few power outages during our stay, but the backup system kicked in right away, which was reassuring. The real stars of the show, though, were the staff - they were all super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
