The accommodation is well located, everything is clean and organized. I mistakenly booked a room with the bathroom on a different floor while traveling with my autistic son, which made the room unusable because the bathroom was downstairs. I contacted the administrator in advance, who advised me to ask Mrs. Francisca for a suite. Arriving late at night, Mrs. Francisca showed me the room and the suite but made it difficult for us to switch, claiming that I would have to cancel the room reservation (we would have paid for one night), a cancellation that was no longer possible because the check‑in time had already passed. Despite my frustration with my upset son, she didn’t help; I had to use the app to book and pay for the suite, ending up with two paid rooms. I opened a support ticket in the app and was able to cancel the room. The administrator is very helpful, but the host falls short.

Reception was solid, room comfy, spot in the city spot on. No complaints, just a good stay overall.
