Convenient location to work. No staff present. Only after booking told check in till 9.00pm - not feasible for my flight. Allowed to enter property at 9.45 but omitted to give building access code. Booked triple room as single traveller - triple bed but only one pillow and 1 towel

Location close to Rome Termini Station. Room was big. Our group of 4 pax comfortably stay with 2 separate toilets

The hotel is very simple but clean, and walking to the train station is easy—exactly what I needed. The man at reception was helpful, and he let me store my luggage there after check‑out the next day, which was a big plus. It’s not fancy, but it does the job if you want something straightforward and convenient.

It’s very central and near tourist spots and Termini, which is handy. All the receptionists were kind and accommodating; one lady let me leave my bag in my room hours before check‑in for free, and the male receptionist kept my bag safe while the younger male one chatted and smiled. I thought there was a balcony, and I’d liked at least a complimentary tea or coffee.
