The staff were friendly, rooms and common areas were clean, and the hotel is close to the highway, Dallas Market Center, and downtown. I couldn’t get the 1‑bedroom suite I had booked because of high demand from the works cup, but the king suite was adequate. The highway is noisy at night, so I had to use earplugs to block the sounds. Breakfast is good, but the selections are the same every day.
The housekeeping was disappointing.
The place was clean, modern, and in a great spot with spacious rooms, but the hot water in the lobby’s tea/coffee area was always cold.
The pool and the BBQ grills were fantastic, though the housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms daily.
