It feels like a budget stopover; the walls in the room are very dirty, the bathroom lacks ventilation and towel hooks, is tiny and uncomfortable, the room is non‑functional and cramped, and the sink is outside the bathroom and useless.

The staff’s attention was extraordinary, especially from Ernesto and Perla who went above and beyond to make sure me and my cats had the most comfortable stay. Everything was very good.

Breakfast is decent with good portions, limited variety, clean rooms, no insects, good hydration, and regular towels; we used the place mainly to sleep, the pillows were comfortable, the bed was clean and cozy. The property is under renovation, so there is no elevator, pool, or heating; only cameras guard the pool area, the plastic shower takes a long time to heat up, breakfast serves only one person with an overly small menu, and the reception staff changes daily, asking when I was leaving right after I arrived. I stayed four days and only one young staff member was attentive and helpful. There is no safe for valuables, and the doors aren’t sealed so the climate escapes.
