I was blown away by the service, the hotel, the facilities, the location, and especially the staff – simply phenomenal! Never before have I seen such an attentive team that goes out of their way for guests. From the reception to the evening Sundown Service, everything was great. I wish we could have stayed longer under the care of the 41 Family. Barbara & Markus

The location was wonderful, the tube was nearby, and it was within walking distance of most London highlights and right opposite the Palace! Service was fabulous, staff incredible, and our anniversary was made special with fresh flowers, a delicious cake, and treats. Breakfast was perfect and the snack bar was great for a quick bite. We even had scones and tea one afternoon! We loved the fresh fruit in our room every day – a thoughtful touch. Everything was wonderful and we had a lovely stay. Thank you! The only issue was that our room had a slight musty smell, but otherwise nothing was amiss.
