“Mattresses very hard. Very thin covers on bed. Overpriced for age and accommodations. They turn room keys off before 10”
The location was good, yet the towels were awful—white with yellow and dark stains, smelling bad, and most seemed heavily used and soiled, folded to hide the nasty stains; they clearly hadn’t been sanitized or washed.
It was close to the stores, but there weren’t enough towels.
