“No era lo que esperaba”

The kids’ pool and the room breakfast were good, but we couldn’t get into the sea because of the seaweed, the bar closed at 10 pm, they wouldn’t let us stay in the pool after 10‑11 pm and only one spot was open and it was packed with people and kids 😒 The lady who served us gave us the wrong drinks, overcharged us, and was very snobbish. There’s no atmosphere because they don’t play music and the bar closes early, so you’re forced to go to bed at 10 pm; I don’t recommend it at all, only if you want to read books and sleep early.

The breakfast was very tasty; my whole family enjoyed it a lot. I didn’t like it, but it could improve by providing more activities for children, because the hotel’s concept is family‑friendly and I liked the tranquility a lot.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, but the chatter behind the rooms and in the kitchen can get pretty loud at times.

“Inolvidables”

I loved the place; my family was thrilled with the room, the facilities, the staff who were always friendly, attentive, and smiling, the well‑maintained green areas, and we also enjoyed playing in the common area. The pool was nice, but it needs maintenance; one of my daughters cut her foot because the small tiles are coming loose, and the floor outside the pool is also in bad shape.
